What are the payment options available at the time of delivery?

We accept cash, debit/credit card payments, and e-transfers upon delivery of your order.

How are refrigerated products handled during delivery?

All products that require refrigeration are transported in coolers and freezers  to maintain the correct temperature and ensure freshness.

Where do Don Ramon's products come from?

Our products are sourced from various locations across Latin America. All products comply with import regulations and taxes.

Do you sell alcohol, tobacco, or drugs?

No, we do not carry alcohol, tobacco, or any type of drugs.

Can I buy individual units from a case?

Unfortunately, we cannot separate cases to sell individual units. Products must be purchased in their original case quantities. In most of the cases we have individual products unless are beverages,

Can I get a receipt for my purchase?

Yes, we can email receipts to customers within 12 hours of the purchase. Please request one during the delivery.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all cities along the highway from Lethbridge to Grande Prairie, Ft. McMurray, then Dawson Creek, Ft. St. John,  Prince George, and all the way to Prince Rupert, BC. We will soon have a route to Whitehorse, YK. and Yellowknife, NWT.

How often do you run your delivery routes?

We aim to run our delivery route every  month, when possible. If you need a product sooner, we can mail it to you, but the shipping and product costs must be paid upfront.
