Direct Delivery to Your Home
We deliver personally to your home, ensuring safe arrival of your products regardless of weather or road conditions. For urgent needs, contact us to arrange direct shipping via Canada Post, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, or UPS. Please note that for shipments handled by these carriers, full payment in advance is required, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Tax Information
All product prices are subject to applicable taxes. As Don Ramon is based in Alberta, we charge Alberta's GST rate of 5%. Unlike British Columbia, where a GST of 5% and PST of 7% combine for a total sales tax of 12%, or other provinces with higher tax rates, you only pay 5% GST with us.
Add Your Address to Our Route
To be added to our monthly delivery route, please text or email us the following information: name, address, postal code, city, province, and phone number. We collect orders before the 16th of each month and deliver between the 20th and 30th. We will notify you 24 hours in advance of your delivery.
Please understand that if there is no response at your address during the scheduled delivery, or if a last-minute cancellation occurs, we will not be able to accept future orders from that customer. We value your respect and understanding, as we strive to provide timely and efficient service while also balancing our family commitments.
